PUBLIC NOTICE CSBG Applications Accepted The Five County Association of Governments announces they are accepting applications for Community Com-munity services Block Grants (CSBG) funds for fiscal year 2002. These monies will be made available to Southwestern Utah for the period of October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002. These funds are designed to assist low income residents and are to be used to impact the causes of poverty pov-erty in the local area.
