The town is seeking a means of installing an electric-eye at the airport that would illuminate the lights at night for incoming aircraft. The Escalante City Dump has been cleared several times and users have been asked to dump on the very edge of the dump. However, some people continue to dump in the middle, forcing the next dumpers to do the same, causing flat tires when running over nails. |
