Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS Notice is hereby given that requests for extension of time within which to submit proof of appropriation have beeh filed with the State Engineer, locations in Garfield County on the following applications: Appl. 38047 (97-875) owned by Dale E, Clarkson, Box C, Kanab, Ut covering 2.0 cfs. of water from Nazer Draw to be used for domestic, stockwatering and irrigation purposes. It is represented that the following work has been done: construction of a new road and upgrading of previous road, purchased pipe and aluminum hand line and rainbirds at a cost of $11,881. Additional time is needed to complete the project and to make and submit proof of appropriation. Ch.Appl. No.a-3697 (61 area) owned by U.S. National Park Service, 1709 Jackson Str., Omaha, Ne. covering 0.25 cfs. of underground water for domestic and recreational purposes. It is represented that the well has been drilled, pump, pump housing, and connecting piping installed at a cost of $33,275. Additional time is needed to place the water to beneficial use and to make and submit proof of appropriation.
