Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to appropriate water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. 56185 (61-808) Piute Res. & Irrl. Co., Richfield Irri. Canal Co., Annabella Irri. Canal Co., Elsinore Canal Co., Brooklyn Canal Co., Monroe Irri. Co., Wells Irri. Christensen, 120 S. 200 W., Richfield, Ut 20.0 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted form Mammoth Creek, and Mammoth Springs, at a point N. 1585 ft. W. 528 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 31, T36S, R7W (20 mi SW of Panguitch); and used for a 325 kw pelton impulse turbine in NEV4SEV4 Sec. ,31, T37S, R7W. The water will be returned to its natural source, at a point S. 2005 ft. W. 2430 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 2, T37S, R7W. 56842 (61-822) Ira William Hatch, Box 515, Panguitch, Ut3.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted for a 6-inch well, 100-150 ft. deep, at a point N. 350 ft. E. 1645 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 13, T37S, R6W (5 mi S. of Hatch) ; and used for the domestic purposes of 1 family, stockwatering 400 sheep, 1 horse in SWV4 Sec. 13, T37S, R6W. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 1636 W. North Temple, SLC, Ut 84116, on or before Dec. 5, 1981.
