I I ll August 14. 1978 WHEREAS, the health, safety and well-being of the citizens and visitors to the Town of Boulder, Utah is of first importance, and. WHEREAS, a Planning Commission has been appointed by the City Council of the Town of Boulder, Utah, and; WHEREAS, said Planning Commission must have ample time to study the needs, and growth problems of Boulder Town, and plan for said growth; BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that we, the governing body of the Town of Boulder, Utah, do hereby invoke a MORATORIUM prohibiting any further Subdivision of any lands, or parcels of lands, within the incorporated limits of Boudler Town, to allow time for the Planning Commission to institute zoning and subdivision ordinances, and said ordinances can be adopted by the Town of Boulder, Utah, in accordance with the laws set forth by the State of Utah.
