Show Boulder Hews LeNora LeFevre MS-7402 Paul Hansen accompanied by his parents, Vern and Emma Jane went to Salt Lake City for the Cattleman Convention. Renon Peterson and Jimmy and Jolyn Peterson went to Salt Lake City on business. They stopped in Mldvale to see Roy and Verl Hardwick. Roy had Just been released from the hospital and was feeling good and looked better than he had for quite some time. Ivan and Dorothy Lymans daughter, Merilyn Arts called v to tell them that she and her ' husband Ned and children spent Thanksgiving in Phoenix with his parents and had Just returned home when Ned's father called to tell them that his mother died on November 29. Max and Veda Behunln went to St. George to see grandson, Jerry Sawyer. They came back to LaVerkin and spent the night with LeRoy and Guelda Moosman. LeRoy's health has improved and he was feeling fine. . Neal and Fay Jepsen received word that their son Mark is in the Utah Valley Hospital in Provo. He was working when a steel gate fell on his leg and fractured it. His leg is badly damaged and he will be in the hospital for some time. His brother Fred Jepsen of Salt Lake City has been to see him. Lorraine Behunln rushed her husband Far lan to the Garfield Memorial Hospital, where he had his appendix removed and is there recovering. R and Dixie Shakes pear and Larvin and Eva Pollock of Tropic visited one day with LeFalr Hall and Mac and Lenora LeFevre. Obe and Dora Wright spent the Thanksgiving holiday in California where they spent some time with Jduell and Winnie Wright at Temple City, Dora's sister Lotus Smith and her husband Sam of Fresno. Obe's son, Jim Wright and family of Mill Valley and Dora's daughter Martha Reynolds and her husband Paul and grandson Robert. En route they stayed overnight with Elaine Equlnta in Las Vegas,Nev. Elaine Roundy and family went to Salt Lake City to meet Melanie who has completed her LDS mission in Bogota, Columbia, South America. Melanie Roundy flew with another lady missionary who was also released to Washington D.C. and from there to Salt Lake City, John Jr. and Peggy Meisenbach were in Cedar City on business. Trucks have arrived in Boulder and are hauling cattle to markets In Cedar City and Richfield. The weather has warmed up during the day but it is still cold at night. |
