Is proving to be very successful, as they discuss family problems with the female members of the class. v Panguitch Man Improving After New Mexico Crash A 32-year-old Panguitch man Is recovering at his home from Injuries received last week when the frame on part of the semi-truck trailer he was driving broke and the unit rolled near Tucumcari, N. M. John Kent Howard was treated in a Tucumcari hospital and then flown to his home in Ponpiiifch where he is suffering from multiple fractures, .bruises and lacerations. The accident occurred Dec. 9 four miles east of Tucumcari on U. S. Highway 66. Howard was headed cast with a trailer and pup loaded with lumber. He Just crossed the railroad tracks when the trailer frame broke losse on the pup trailer, ac- cording to investigating New Mexico State Police officers. A large gouge was left in the highway where the broken trailer dug into the pavement before overturning into the westbound bar ditch. Lumber was also broken and scattered. The victim was given first aid at the scene by officers and a passerby until an ambulance arrived. He was taken to Trigg Memorial Hospital for treatment and then later flown to his home in Panguitch. |
