Show LEGAL NOTICE. IN THE PROBATE Court of Utah county, territory of Utah. In the matter of the estate of James W.Taylor, deceased. Notice of time and place for hearing hear-ing of petition for admission to probate of will. Pursuant to an order of said court in said matter, mat-ter, notice is hereby given that Honday the 20th day of April, A. D. 1SSU, at 10 o'clock a.m., at the County Court House, in Provo city, Utah county. Territory of Utah, in the court r'lom of said court, has been appointed the time and place for the hearing of a petition of James Harwood and Samuel Taylor praying for the admission to probate of a certain document docu-ment therewith presented, purporting to be the last will and testament of James W.Taylor, deceased, when and where all persons interested in-terested may appear and contest th probate of said will, or the granting of letters testamentary testa-mentary to said petitioners as prayed for in said petition.
