Show I Because of the fact that Col. Mer-ritt'e Mer-ritt'e commission as chief justice of Utah has not arrived yet, th3 supreme court yesterday adjourned until Tuesday Tues-day of next week. Judge Smith, of course, will not be able to hold c.urt here as set. All cases set for January 30th have been continued until February Febru-ary 12, those set for January 31st have been continued until February 13, those set for February 1st have been continued until February 14 and those set for February 2nd have been continued con-tinued until February 15. The jurors for the November term who were excused ex-cused until January 29th are excused until February 15th. |
