Show ALIAS. QjUMMONS IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF O the First Judicial District of the territory of Utah, Utah county. Mary Ellen Pearson, plaintiff, ts. H. H, Pearson, defendant. The people of the territory terri-tory of Utah send greeting to H. H. Pearson, defendant. You are hereby required to appear in an action ac-tion brought against you by the above named plaintiff, in the district court of the First Judicial Ju-dicial district of the Territory of Utah, and to answer the complaint Hied therein, within ten days (exclusive o the day of service) after the service on you of this summons if served within this county, or, if served out of this eounty, but in this district, within twenty days; otherwise within forty days or judgment judg-ment by default will be taken against you according ac-cording to the prayer of this complaint. The said action is brought to obtain a decree de-cree of this court dissolving the bonds of matrimony now and heretofore existing between be-tween plaintiff and defendant, that plaintiff be awarded the sum of $20.00 ptr month as alimony, and that the sum of 150.00 be allowed her as attorney fees, for costs of this action, and for such other and further relief as to this court may seem mete and equitable. The grounds on which this action is brought is. that on or about September 15, 1890, thn defendant de-fendant disregarding the solemnity of his marriage vow. wilfully and without cause deserted and abandoned the plaintiff, and ever since has and still continues so to wilfully and without cause, desert and abandon trie said plaintiff and to live separate and apart from her, without any suilicient cuusoor reason, rea-son, and against her will and without her consent. con-sent.
