Show SUMMUNS. In the Justice's Court of Santaquin Santa-quin precinct, Utah county, Utah Territory. Terri-tory. Before Otto F. Malmberg, Justice of the Peace. James Goodall, plaintiff, vs, John Doe, defendant. ' To John Doe, whose name is otherwise unknown, un-known, defendant. You are hereby requested toappear before this court on the 27th day of January, A. D. 1894, at 2 o'clock p. m. of said day to answer a complaint flied against you, wherein said plaintiff claims the sum of 81.50 damages caused by your animals trespassing on his premises at bamaquin, Utah county, Utah Territory. Said animals are described as follows, to-wit: One bay horse white face, nire or ten years old, branded Ron left 6houlder, ianio in front feet. KI One bay mare, about two years old, hind feet white, no marks nor brands visible. And you are hereby notified that if you fail to appear and answer said complaint at the time and ulaoe aforesaid, judgment will bo taken against you lor 81.50. the amount of said damage, the cost ol keeping said animals and the costs of this suit.
