Show UINTAH BASIN STANDARD, May 15. 1965. Pag Potts and Remund to wed Thurs. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Potts are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter, Tammy Potts, to Arnold Remund, son of Mr. and Mrs. Glen Remund. The couple will be married May 16 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. A reception will be held Mav 17 at the Altamont Church from 8 lo 11 p.m. All friends and relatives are invited to the reception. Tammy graduated from Altamont High School and is presently employed at TJ's Hair Design. Arnold graduated from Duchesne High School and is employed with the State Department of Transportation. The couple will be making their home in Duchesne. At A Glance Frandsen was Neighborhood Club at her- home Sewing Wednesday evening. Ten members were present to, participate in sewing, discussing current events and a salad luncheon. This club has been meeting weekly since 1938, organised by Ellen Rawlings. Hospitality Chairmen are Nancy West, Lanette Gardner and Janet Snow. Program Chairmen are Carol Johnson, Polly Olsen and Pal Stringham. Parliamentarian is LaRee Miller. After the. officers were installed, the past President, LaRee Miller ' gave a report on all activities and projects accomplished Jby the Socialette Club for the year. Everyone attending the events of the enjqyed evening. ROOSEVELT NEWS Gladys Ross $ V- and Lurrine Duncan returned home Saturday evening from a Mexican Cruise. They flew last Saturday, lo Acapulco embarked on the Island Princess, touring parts of acapulco, and its Southern sister Jxlapa, on to Puerto Vallaida and Mazatlan, cruising two complete days with no stops, arriving at Los Angeles, .then flew back to Salt Lake. On the ship there was dancing, exotic meals, swimming, and hightly shows. It was a week of delightful entertainment. They accompanied a group from Price. e Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Truman and baby from Salt Lake, were weekend guests of his parents Mr. and Mrs. Don Truman. a The following relatives and friends from this area attended funeral services for Herald Crapo Clair - e Mrs. Ellen. Lesa Brough daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Brough and Toni Frandsen daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clay Frandsen who are attending Dixie College spent last weekend at home with their ' parents.
