The man was arrested after Utah Highway Patrol troopers, assisted by a sheriff's deputy and Farmington officer, surrounded him at 200 West State Street and forced him to stop. The chase began when Trooper Brad Horne tried to stop the suspect, who was riding his motorcycle northbound on Highway 89 in the Farmington area.
