LAYTON Janet Wilsey, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carter Wilsey, was named the Young Woman Scientist of the Year at Weber State College. She is a student at North Lay-to-n Junior High. She won the title and a $25 cash prize for a project she called Salt Power; Electricity from a Salt Gradent Pond. At NUH, Janet participates on the track team, in the orchestra, and with the Chamber Singers. She is a member of the Science Club, the National Honor Society.
