Elder Jeffrey Fraser, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert G. Fraser, has been called to serve the Washington D.C. South Mission. Prior to his Aug. 27 departure for the MTC, Elder Fraser will speak at the West Point Stake Center, 550 N. 2300 W., on Aug. 17 at 3:15 p.m. Friends and relatives are invited to meet with the missionary following the Sacrament meeting at his home, 2424 W. 300 North in West Point. A member of the West Point 4th ward, the new missionary has attended Utah State University and is currently employed at Smiths Food King. He is a graduate of Clearfield High School and Clearfield LDS Seminary. Elder Deven B. Roberts, son of Dix and Ruth Roberts, 928 S. have been called to serve or are returning from serving LDS missions. Sister Kristy Roundy, daughter of Bob and Jane Roundy, has reSwe- den Mission. She will speak at the South Mountain Road Chapel in Fruit Heights, on Aug. 17 at 1 p.m. Scott Hughes, son of ; Elder Shar and Ron Hughes, has been called to serve in the Korea Tae Chon Mission. Prior to his entering the MTC on Aug. 20, Elder Hughes will speak at the Layton 28th Ward on Aug. 17 at p.m. at 2500 North Chapel Street, Layton. An open house will be held from 6 p.m. at his home after 1 2-- the service. a 2x 4 . Elder Hughes graduated with honors from Layton High School and Layton Seminary in 1985. He attended Boys State, is an Eagle Scout and served as a counselor at Camp Bartlett and earned his Duty to God award. He has been manager of his family's business and is employed Angel St., Layton, has been called to serve in the Ohio Akron LDS Mission. The change has been made to accommodate the recently initiated preparation time for teachers.
