Raymond He was born Nov. 12, 1907, in Loa, Utah, a son of Joseph Hyrum and Stella Josephine Robison Sandall. He married lone Phillips in 1941 in Salt Lake City. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple Dec. 29, 1982. He had been a building contractor and carpenter. He had lived most of his life in Kays-vill- e and had lived for several years in Richfield. He attended Richfield schools and graduated from Davis High School. He was an active member of the Kaysville 1st LDS Ward. He had been the choir director for many years. He was a High Priest. He was a former member of the F Senior Citizens and was the director for many years. He was an avid sportsman artd outdoorsman. Surviving is one stepson, Dee Chip-maBountiful; three grandchildren K-- n, and three Also surviving are six brothers and four sisters, G. Linn Sandall, Kaysville; Sandall, Portland, Ore.; Joseph Vern Sandall and Arden Sandall, both of Layton; Leo Sandall, Dee Sandall, R. Mills SYRACUSE Raymond Leonard Mills, 15, of 2154 S. 2000 W., died Tuesday, July 2, 1985, at Belmont Springs in Box Elder County of accidental drowning. He was born Nov. 24, 1969, in Salt Lake City, a son of Leonard R. and RuLene Barber Mills. He was a lifelong resident of Syra- cuse. All kinds of flat work, ceived the Presidential Academic Fitness award. He was in the usher club. He was a member of the Syracuse 6th LDS Ward, where he was serving as the teacher quorum president. He had received his Eagle Scout award. He had served as deacon quorum president. He had served as a home teacher. He had received On My Honor LDS Scouting award for young men. Surviving are his parents of Syracuse, his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ray C. Mills, Murray; Mrs. Hazel Barber, Syracuse; two brothers and three sisters, Jay Rulon Mills, Charles Kay Mills, Bethlene Mills, AnnJillene Mills and Verlene Mills, all of Syracuse. Funeral services were held July 6 at Bluff Road LDS Ward Chapel with Bishop Boyd Beazer of the Syracuse 6th Ward officiating.
