The letter, signed by Church President' Spencer W. Kimball and his counselors, ' president Marion G. Romney and President Gordon B. Hinckley, will be read in sacrament throughout the nation. "The Church does not favor one political party over another. The Church has no candidates for politi-- , I cal office: we do not undertake to tell people how to vote.
