Show Hatch to Speak at National County Conference Tribune Washington Bureau WASHINGTON Sen. Orrin chairman of the SenHatch, ate Labor and Human Resources Committee, will be one of two featured speakers at the National Association of Counties (NACO) Legisla- - tive Conference here Saturday through Tuesday at the Washington Hilton Hotel. Sen. Hatch will address the lun- cheon Tuesday, and Lee Verstandig, assistant to President Reagan for intergovernmental affairs, will speak at the opening general session Monday morning. Some county officials, including a number from Utah and surrounding states, are expected at the annual gathering to discuss national issues confronting county 1,500 government. Paramount among these this year, NACO noted, are antitrust, health and human ser assistance, employment and education, telecommunications, general revenue sharing, soil erosion, and the nations deteriorating infrastructure.
