Pour paper tubes or other molds full of concrete and when it is firm but still green remove the paper tube to finish the surface. When you are casting the leg be sure it is well shaken and pulled to remove all the air pockets. While the concrete is still soft, put the No. 4 steel reinforcing in the top of each, leg. After the legs are completed and in place, build a scaffolding to hold the mold for the seat. The scaffolding must, of course, be firm and well built, as must be the form for the seat.
