Thanks so much to Glaziers for donating breakfast for the teachers on their first day back to school!! Thanks to Stampin Up! and our Teacher Appreciation Committee for the wonderful care package for the teachers to begin their school year with! Thanks to Mountain America Credit Union for donating the pens and helping show our appreciation for the faculty and staff of KES. Thanks to all who donated boxtops last year. We'were able to purchase two new pieces of playground equipment. Look for them in the next little while. Thanks to all the parents and volunteers who have helped in taking shifts and volunteering time and effort on behalf of the Hand in Hand. ..Together We Can is the National PTA theme and our community certai nly has helped us already so much this school year! We want to say thanks!! Thanks to Harriett Perkins for her years of dedication!! KES PTA will miss her. Thanks to all who helped with our first fundraiser- - breakfast on the 24th of July. It was so fun and such a great success. We received so much support from the community we would like to make this an annual event! Huge thanks to everyone who helped from Gerald Leavitt and Art Reidhead for sharing their grills, to Kim Jones, Alan Alldredge, McKay Chamberlain & sons, Shirley Johnson, Jeff Hafen and Shauna Crosbys mom who got up at the crack of dawn and drove from St. George just to help. Mohave Community College will accelerate implementation of its new dental hygiene program to meet high demand levels from the Mohave dental profession and potential students, according to MCC President Dr. Thomas Henry. Students may begin enrolling immediately in prerequisite classes needed for the program. Carolyn Hamblin New academic counselor at donating all the fruit!
