One that is terrific and makes a special breakfast or brunch is, of all things, left-ovcroissants. They make the most delicious French toast Ive ever tasted! For the stuffed potato fans, I have a most marvelous stuffing using cheese and green chiles, and for those late-nigsnackers, or all snackers, how about Nachos with chiles and cheese? The green beans with tomatoes are a bright, fresh and crisp dish, be sure not to overcook your beans. On the more serious side, cookies for lunch boxes are in order since the kids have gone back to school. Unfounded fears about health can often be more physically and psychologically damaging than the actual health condition. A case in point: Many women fear the physical symptoms of menopause, the hormonal changes that occur in women after middle age. Menopause need not be troublesome. In fact, the daily activities of nearly 90 percent of U.S. women undergoing menopause are unimpaired by symptoms of the process, according to the experts at The Upjohn Company.
