WHEREAS, the County Planning Commission has prepared an ordinance entitled Development Code of Carbon County which ordinance has the effect of revising the Countys Zoning, Mobile Home Park, and Subdivision Regulations. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has certified said Code to the Board of County Commissioners with the recommendation that it be adopted.
