No citations were issued. 4:20p.m. Thursday. Report of an accident in the parking lot of the Carbon County Sheriffs Department. A vehicle owned by Bill and Debbie Vigor, Helper, reportedly rolled into the parked vehicle owned by Barry Bryner, Price. $200 Three people were sentenced in separate accident. 1:14 p.m. Monday. Report of a collision in the Mr. Gs parking lot involving Richard W. Keller, Price, and a truck owned by General Coal Construction Co. $900 damage reported to the Keller vehicle and $100 damage reported to the truck. No citations were issued. Carbon County Sheriffs Department 7:06 p.m. Saturday. Collision at Beaver Creek Coal Co. spur, Miller Creek, involving Perry Lynn Dye, Salt City, and Todd L. Larsen, 20, Price. Dye pulled truck into yard to make a dump. Larsen, who was driving a loader, could not see the truck and collided with it, sheering off the cab top with the diesel boom. Driver crouched in the rear corner of the cab and avoided being crushed. Transported to Emergency Room of Castleview Hospital with minor injuries. 3:28 p.m. Sunday. Auto collision at about 400 East Main, Wellington, involving Benny LaWayne Allred, 20, Cleveland, and Michael Tappan, Price. Tappan allegedly on Main, pulling out in front of Allred tried to make car and causing collision. Minor injuries resulted. 10:05 p.m. Sunday. Auto rollover on Coal Creek Loop near Wellington. While accident was being investigated, driver, Arlen Jeff Prettyman, 22, Price, returned to scene. He said he had been driving too fast and missed a curve, overturning the vehicle. He was cited for alleged failure to report an accident. City Police Department p.m. Saturday. Report of traffic accident involving three vehicles at Bicentennial Building. No injuries. Driver cited. 11 Sun Advocate, Price, Utah 11A Court sentences 3 in area drug cases damage reported to the Bryner vehicle. 4:50 p.m. Thursday. Report of an accident at Carbon Avenue and 100 South involving Richard Walker, Price, and Donald Lucas, Ferron. $800 damage reported to Walkers vehicle and $100 damage reported to Lucas vehicle. Walker was cited for failure to yield with accident. 12:54 p.m. Saturday. Report of a collision Involving Linda Muth, Price, and Linda Walker, Price, at 540 E. 400 South. Ms. Walker was cited for passing on the right with accident and no insurance. 2:24 p.m. Saturday. Report of a collision involving Joseph McNeel, Orangeville, and Roy Sandoval, Price, at Creekview Road and 100 North. $300 damage reported to McNeels vehicle and no damage reported to Sandovals vehicle. Sandoval was cited for following too close with East Carbon 1982 drug-relate- cases d Monday in 7th District Court, Price. Donald William Kingston, 22, Price, was given a suspended sentence of zero to five years in the Utah State Prison and fined $1,000 on a charge of distribution of a controlled substance for value. The incident occurred Nov. 5, 1980. Kingston was ordered to spend 14 days in the Carbon County Jail. The state Division of Adult and Parole Probation had recommended a jail sentence of 60 days, but Judge Boyd Bunnell said there would be less chance of jeopardizing Kingstons em- ployment if he only served 14 days. Kingston was further ordered to pay restitution of $50 to Carbon County for money used in the investigation. He was placed on two years probation. Linda Walker, also known as Linda Jersey, Price, was sentenced after previously pleading guilty to attempted distribution of a controlled substance for value. The crime occurred Sept. 1980. She was fined $1,000, given a suspended sentence of zero to five years in prison, and placed on two years probation. Bunnell said he would not order any jail time because she must care for four minor children. She was also ordered to pay $160 in restitution to Carbon County for money spent in the investigation. Steven Ronald Zufelt, 29, Carbonville, was sentenced on a charge of distribution of a controlled substance for value and possession of a controlled substance. He previously pleaded guilty to both counts. On the distribution charge, he was given a suspended sentence of zero to five years in the Utah State Prison and placed on probation for two years. He was also fined $500 and dered to spend 60 days in Carbon County Jail, during which he must undergo any psychological evaluation deemed necessary by the probation department. On the possession charge, he was given a suspended jail sentence of six months and placed on probation for six months. Steve Martinez, 25, Price, arrested on Coal Creek Loop in connection with the incident. Suspect allegedly failed field sobriety tests to determine intoxication. Arrangement worked out whereby husband would leave, and the next day, give wife enough money to go to her family in another state. Between 8:30 p.m. and 10:25 p.m. Sunday. Burglary reported at 1247 E. Main, Price, the residence of Phil Larsen. Window on east side door broken out, northwest bedroom ransaked.
