Seminar hours are 3:30-- p.m. Sat. & Sun. The seminar, taught by Tim Butler, MS, of the Fitness Institute (LOS Hospital) & Jerry Braza, PhD, Stress Management Resources (Salt Lake), isopen to anyone interested in learning how to deal with stress in their lives.
