This will be a school-wid- e display of student work and talent and we hope people will come and bring their families, a spokesman said. Girls from the home economics department who have studied child care will offer a nursery, located in the school library, where parents may leave their younger children while they tour the school. Activities will include a demonstration by the girls volleyball team; the math department offering an opportunity to try out their computers, displays of arts and crafts, work produced in the shop departments, a display of projects developed by winners in the science fair, and video presentations on health and nutrition and on drug and tobacco abuse. Students in the Spanish department will offer a sale of items to raise funds for a trip to Mexico during the summer. French students will host a sidewalk cafe, serving French pastries. Special education students will offer shaved ices. arts presentations Performing will include two plays, designed for children age by the drama club and performances by the dance club, jazz and concert bands. An arts festival and dance concert will be presented at 7 p.m. tomorrow (Friday) at Valley junior high. The dance concert will feature about 130 students in a variety of dance styles.
