Cromar, in announcing his intention to the big issues facing the next session of the State Legis-latur- e are : healthy economic growth, a revitalized education system, a fair and equitable tax structure, a speedy criminal justice correcsystem and a tions system. The state, Cromar goes on, is now facing some crucial problems which require decisive, prompt action - a rapidly growing population that needs jobs; an even faster growing school population in need of the finest education; and a limited tax base to provide for the solution of these and similar problems of a growing, dynamic state.
