Russell Dolly, Johnson, who won the award for direction It was the second for Mr. Johnson, who came to Taylorsville from Kearns high, but it was his first show to win the top honor. The Best Nonmusical award went to Granger high for a brilliant production of Butterflies Are Free, directed by Brenda Park Last awards nights ceremony saw honoring individuals Stacy Jarrett Choreography and Robbin Jones Choreography groups for 20 aspects of musical and nonmusical productions, including 10 presented to individual student performers.
