Our youth as well as our citizens are at risk. I have developed a plan which will unite all of our law enforcement community and at the same time each city will maintain financial control of their police officers and resources. This plan will provide patrol coverage county wide, seven days a week. My experience and education will benefit the school district in the interpretation of the laws and regulations and will ensure that their application is both legal and constitutional. I understand that we need the most return for our dollar spent and that some children need, want, and desire practical vocational training, l astly, I promise to be honest w ith teachers, parents, and the administration as we work toward a common goal to protect, preserve and educate our for the children in our communities.
