vi vit atlon tation the secretary and myself accepted honorary positions as aa of his bia staff and took an active part in the dedicatory ceremonies national committeeman lannan had prece proceeded propositions to the commission at once when we can decide between them thaw or reject all propositions and try again WHAT SHOULD BE DONE all things thing considered conal dered I 1 I 1 think we should concentrate efforts on the fain ing arts arf and educational departments department uok however neglecting the other depart ments mente but in view of the fact that we can excel in thew theme
