Ballard, newly elected president of the Draper Jaycees, the official charter for the new club was signed. The charter was certified by Wesley J. Helms, state extension chairman of ' . the Utah Jaycees. Signing of the charter was witnessed by Utah State Jaycee Gerald D. Lindhardt, and representatives of the eKarns Club, Edwin R. Castillo, president; George and Slack, second Orin Bill Lemmons and directors, Hunter. The $25 charter fee was paid by the Kearns Club, which assisted in the extension of the Draper Jaycees. Other new officers of the new club are: Dale Stewart, first Lynn Gordon, second Shirl H. Tucker, director; Darnell Anderson, director; Duane R. Day, state director; Don E. Mitchell, treasurer, and Wallace vice-preside- nt, vice-preside- .
