Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Quintin Hess and family entertained at a dinner party for their house-gues- t. Other guests included Mr. and Mrs. Perry and dau ghter Stephanie and son Mark of Deweyville, Tim Hess of Logan and Karen Bair of Providence. Dixie Wood entertained a group of friends at a pizza party at her home Saturday evening. Attending were Kathy Cutler, Jonette Nesson, Dana Hill, Ter BOX ELDER JOURNAL, Brigham City, Utah Thursday, November 6, 1975 Ranee Hansen and Susan Rudd. Games were played and a fun evening enjoyed. Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Anger accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Troxel Boyer of Tremonton were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Don Ward in Bountiful Saturday evening. Spending Friday visiting Mrs. Rachel Burton were her and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Todd Garbanati of Snowville. Palace Saturday evening to see the performance of the western singer Merle Taggart. They accompanied him to Fielding where he spent the weekend with his parents Mr. and Mrs. DeVere Adams and family. This is the first time Darryl has been home since his tragic accident in the summer. Spending Friday and Saturday visiting Mr. and Mrs. Sterling Burton were Mr. and Mrs. Jack Orton and family in Salt Home for Visit Darryl Adams who is receiving medical care in the University Medical center in Salte Lake City. Attending the football game with USU vs Wyoming in Logan Saturday were Mr. and Mrs. Clive Garn and Mr. and Mrs. Darvel Garn. They were joined by Mr. and Mrs. E.E. Lefler of Riverdale. Donald Abbott has spent the past week on TDY duty at Denver. Donald is employed at Thiokol Corp. Saturday Mrs. Helen Severson visited Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Moon in Salt Lake City. She also visited Mrs. Lucille Walton and Mrs. Linda Gallegos in Layton. Guild Meets The Future Progress guild met at the home of Mrs. Judy Smith with Mrs. Lula Scott and Mrs. Janet Garn as The evening was spent with members tying an attractive flannel queen size quilt made of blue and pink. It was tied with a darker shade of blue yarn. This quilt will go to the one holding the winning ticket at the annual Christmas party along with the members husbands. Luncheon was enjoyed. The next meeting will be held at the lovely new home of Mrs. Joan Richards with Mrs. Shari Scott and Mrs. Christie Richon Nov. 12, ards as Mrs. Judy Pack of Clinton will demonstrate ideas for Xmas gifts. Miss Elon Hess entertained a group of friends at a costume Halloween slumber party at her home Friday evening. Guests include Lori Pierson, Maurie Allen, Diana Wilcox, Diana Udy and Irene Garn. Lott of Bothwell will be interested to know she has now returned to her home after spending two weeks in the Logan hospital severe recuperating from heart attack. Many friends and relatives from this area visited her while she was hospitalized.
