WAWA, name of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Jones recently attended two meetings in Salt Lake. The first was the fall meeting for Rural Letter Carriers. The following week they attended the Western State by Diane J. Young Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Wright recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. A special dinner at Maddox was arranged by their son, Eugene D. Wright from Salt Lake. He brought with him his two sons, Jeff and Eugene. Also among the well wishers from Little Rock, Ark. was their son Bruce and his wife Marva and their two children, Mark and Michial. The family stayed on at the Wrights so the youngsters could enjoy visiting the farm. Mr. and Mrs. Wright also received a very special gift of china from their children. Gary Hansen gave the awards at the pack meeting of Troop 217 last week. Darren Marble, Kenny Norman, and Wendall Bunderson all received their artist pins. Wendall Bunderson also received his athletic pin and a silver arrow. Darrel Marble also received a silver arrow. Then each young man displayed and explained his genius kit. All the cubs were given a ribbon because they were all first place. Afterwards the Weblos displayed their mobiles. A supper of barbaques, potatoe salad, and chips was served Utah. The National representative, Dean King from Kansas, was beautiful baby girl. She weighed six pounds, eight ounces at birth. They plan to name the little lady Sam mi Lynn. The pround grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Vern Oyler of east Garland and Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Parker of Harper ward. are The Leo Oyler of Tremonton, Mrs. Corilla Schofield of Kaysville, also there.
