THE COUNCIL discussed making recommended lot and fee interment increases! because of the rising cost of maintaining the cemetery. Presently the cost of a lot in the cemetery is $50 for a resident of the city and $75 for a non resident. At the time of burial there is a $75 interment fee for residents and a $100 Charge for non residents. , : RECOMMENDED creases discussed in- the Council would be to raise the lot fee to $100 resident, $150 non resident, with a $75 resident, $100 non resident interment fee. And also a 13 or $33 resident or $45 non resident upkeep fee to take care of future maintenance to the cemetery. There would be a $25 charge If the grave is opened on Saturday before noon and a $50 charge if it is after noon. This is what Clearfield City has to pay its employees for working by continue to help finance the upkeep of the cemetery in the future.
