The announcement was made by San Juan County Commissioner Cal Black at a recent meeting in Salt Lake City. the partys financial condition and need for more active participation by voting district chairpersons and other grass roots workers, Byron CONCERNED with Rampton has promised direct and immediate effort in these areas.
