Show Health, Home nniMne ATM & Garden, April, 1995-- 3 fiGi AGT Physical Therapists provide service at Castleview Hospitalat Castleview Hospital Physical Therapy is division of Rocky Mountain Physical Therapy Services located at Pioneer Valley Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. Therapy services are provided by three different therapists working in three different locations in Carbon and Emery counties. King Kingery, P.T., is the current director of Physical Therapy at Castleview Hospital, where he has served in this position for 2 12 years. Kirk is a graduate of Evansville University in Evansville, Indiana, where he earned a bachelor of science in physical therapy and graduated with honors in 1991. Kirks past experience has been primarily in working in industrial and orthopedic medicine. He was a staff thera- pist at Pocatello Regional Medical Center, where he was an industrial medicine specialist. He also worked in a private practice in Crest City, California, where he was a director of industrial medicine services. Kirk is currently a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). His specialty interest is in hand rehabilitation and he is the primary industrial medicine consultant for Castleview Hospital and director of our very successful back school education program which is offered on a monthly basis to local industries. Kirk is the primary therapist in Castle Dale, Utah, where he sees patients three times per week serving Emery County.
