Show RAILWAY WORKERS SIGN KENNECOTT AGREEMENT Representatives of the Brotherhood Brother-hood of Firemen and Enginemen, consisting of about 36 railroad workers, signed a new collective bargaining agreement Friday with k nnecott Copper Corp. 1 he union is the seventh to sign up during negotiations carried on by KCC officials with representatives representa-tives of 1 3 groups of organized workers at works of Utah Copper Division. I he latest group to accept basic economic terms of a proposed contract con-tract replacing an agreement which expired June 30 is comprised of woikers who operate ore trains serving mills at Arthur and M:igna. Meanwhile negotiations with other oth-er unions are continuing and company com-pany officials plannej to reopen talks July 18 with United Steel Workers of America whose contract con-tract expires July 31. |
