A woman who pleaded guilty to forging checks from her father's checking account must make full restitution on all charges as a condition of probation or parole. Julie. E. Simpson. 19, 2343 N. Sunset Drive, Lehi. appeared before. 4th District Judge Lynn W. Davis Tuesday to enter her guilty felony pleas on a second-degre- e forgery, charge and a third-degrforgery, charge. At the hearing, a boy testified Watson gave him a bloody nose, kicked him and slammed him against a wall, causing bruises on the boy's back. An girl also testified at the hearing the defendant had fondled her on more than five occasions. The boy testified he saw the defendant pull the female victim's pants down. Brent Lerch, 21, 530 E. 600 North, Provo, pleaded guilty on a reduced charge of marijuana dealing. The defendant made a drug deal with a confidential informant from the Narcotics Enforcement Team.
