Nominations will be accepted for those athletes who excelled during the time period from October 1994 to September 1995. Criteria for nominations and selection are based upon athletic accomplishments, value of their contributions to a team or as an individual, and other accomplishments during the time period other than athletic, such as military awards, decorations, civic recognition and the preceding two year's athletic accomplishments.
