Promotion recommendation statements can be used for technical sergeants and below and senior master sergeants. After Oct. 1, statements can also be used for master sergeants. Also, now effective, commanders are authorized access to performance feedback worksheets for senior NCOs. These changes are a result of the Enlisted Evaluation System review conducted at the Air Force Military Personnel Center here in March. Other recommendations from the review group that are now in effect include: Raters for technical sergeants and below must document the initial and midterm performance feedback session date in Section V, or performance feedback certification block, of the Air Force Form 910. fl Feedback is mandatory for all senior NCOs. Initial feedback must be completed on all senior NCOs by July 31 and documented on future reports. Raters must review personnel information files prior to writing EPRs. Newly revised AF Forms 910, 911. 931, and 932 are available for use. Forms can be obtained through base publication distribution centers. People in the enlisted performance report ratfor technical sergeants and below are chain ing authorized access to individual performance feedback worksheets upon request. (AFNS) from the 2nd Bomb Wing landed safely here after losing two engines Aug. 8. An engine pod containing the two engines dropped e aircraft about 6 p.m. and fell into off the 12 miles south of Bosier City, field about a soybean La. The bomber remained airborne until approximately midnight to reduce its fuel load before landing. The aircraft, which was on a training mission with eight crew members on board, carried practice inweapons. A board of officers is investigating the cident.
