The entire area within the front yard and side yard which abuts on a public street shall be landscaped with lawn, shrubs and trees, except for permitted driveways and except for off-street off-street parking space which is located at least twenty-five (25) feet from any public street. Adequate Ade-quate access to solid waste storage stor-age facilities by City trucks shall be maintained at all times where determined necessary by the Building Inspector. If on-site access is required, parking spaces and other improvements shall be so arranged that adequate ade-quate access to solid waste storage stor-age facilities is maintained. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF OREM CITY, UTAH: SECTION L That the foHowing described land, as shown on the Major Street Plan and Zone Map of Orem City, be, and the same is hereby changed, amended and modified to show such land as railroad people lying and being within the C-3 Zone, to-wit; Commencing at a point South 828.90 feet and East 645.62 feet from the Northwest corner of Section 23, T6S, R2E, SLB&M; thence South 18 deg. 47 min.East 301.75 feet; thence North 87 deg. 44 min East 330.44 feet more or less to the existing C-3 Boundary; Boun-dary; thence along the said C-3 Boundary North 18 deg. 46 min. Because of impending impend-ing development within Orem City, Utah and more particularly particular-ly within the Land herein above described, an emergency exists.
