Just before 8 a.m. on Friday, June 30, eight law-enforcement officers from the Police Department and the Summit County Sheriff's Office served a search warrant at an apartment at Aspen Villas, 1863 Kearns Bhd., and found the cache of marijuana. Police seized the marijuana hile the search warrant was executed. The marijuana has a street value of over $70,000. It will be destroyed. Police say none of the men are U.S. citizens. All are residents of the Aspen Villas apartment where the marijuana was found. Arrested were: Alberto Flores Loera, 22, faces two counts of 1st degree felony distribution of a controlled con-trolled substance and one count of 3rd degree felony possession i f a controlled substance with intent to distribute. Gregorio Flores Loera, 21, faces the same charges as Alberto Flores Loera. Castenada Juan Molina, 35. is charged with 2nd degree felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute distrib-ute and possession of drug paraphernalia, para-phernalia, which is a class A misdemeanor. mis-demeanor. Hernandez Mario Perez, 21. faces a 2nd degree felony charge of conspiracy to distribute a controlled con-trolled substance. Kyle Connolly, who lives in Jeremy Ranch, suffered serious liver damage and cuts and bruises on his face and hip after getting caught facedown under the hitch of Jans Mountain Outfitters' float. He was taken to Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City by ambulance. His mother, Andrea Connolly, said a major artery was just , missed in the accident.' acci-dent.'
