Spaces for artists' booths for the three-day festival are available on a first come-first served basis. A non-refundable fee of $65 (2 days) or $85 (3 days) will reserve a space approximately 10 feet by 10 feet. The fee must be paid before your space can be reserved. Each artist must provide easels, tables, chairs, displays, etc. as needed. The festival has been moved to a new site. It will be held at the Bountiful City Park, located on 400 North and 200 West in Bountiful. Festival hours will be 10 a.m. till 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 10 a.m. till 6 p.m. on Sunday. Along with the visual arts, the featured performing artists will be 400-500 performers from 12 countries, including Austria, France, Mexico, Malaysia, Ireland, Indonesia, Scotland, Canada, Italy and the United States. To add to the international flavor there will be approximately 10 ethnic food booths selling foods from near and far. Cricket is the daughter of John and Judy Crum of Park City and Nancy Short of Laguna Beach, California. Conrad is the son of Rae and Conrad Donkin of Thames, New Zealand. They will be spending the first year of their marriage crewing a yacht in the Mediterranean. Simmons, Hales exchange vows AT If is4 A Eric and Jennifer Hales Jennifer Louise Simmons and Eric Scott Hales, both former graduates of Park City High School, were married on June 13, 1992 in the Salt Lake Temple. A reception following the ceremony was held at the Garden Park Ward in Salt Lake City. The bride is the daughter or Dr. and Mrs. Mark Simmons of Park City. She is a student at Brigham Young University and is currently employed by Famous Footwear. The groom is the son of Mrs. Michelle Hales of Tooele and Mr. Edward Hales of Mill Valley, California. He is a fireman in the Park City Fire Department, and a student at Utah Valley Community College. The couple is honeymooning in Disneyland, and upon their return, will make their home in Park City.
