Bob Steed, CEO, thanked everyone involved with the restoration and welcomed citizens to tour the new facilities. Hicks recently served as principal at Brookside Elementary El-ementary in Nebo School District. Before that he worked in the district and was principal of Springville Spring-ville High Schoool. He has worked in Nebo for 11 years. He first taught history and social studies for nine years and has been a school . administrator for the past 29 years. Hicks received the Wyoming Wyo-ming 1990 Principal of the Year.
