At 11:26 a.m., the Building Department told police dispatchers "the building had been posted with 'No Occupancy' signs," according to Police Department logs. Later that day, at 4:53 p.m., a technician from Questar Gas requested police assistance at Harry O's. According to the logs, the technician was at the site to restore gas service and wanted a police officer present "to avoid problems with the staff." We don't compete with other banks.
