Show Davis County provides free service to disabled children Davis School District and the Davis County Health Department provide a wide range of services for children zero through five who have disabilities. These disabilities may be in the areas of speech-language, motor, thinking, self-help or social-emotional development. de-velopment. Services are also available for children with significant vision and hearing problems. These programs are provided at no cost to parents. Eligibility for services is determined through assessments provided through one of these agencies. Concerned parents can arrange for a screening appointment ap-pointment by calling 451-5071 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
