Show Fund sets scholarship Chief Executive Officer, Workers Compensation Fund of Utah, Blaine Palmer, announced the continuation of the fund's scholarship scholar-ship program for children of workers insured by the fund who lost their lives in compensable industrial in-dustrial accidents. Palmer explained that the program, pro-gram, originally approved for 1990-91, 1990-91, has been extended for 1991-92. This year, the fund has been given authority to award up to 15 41,000 scholarships to qualified individuals. in-dividuals.
