Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property, situated in Davis County, State of Utah, will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the north front entrance steps of the Davis County Courthouse, 28 East State Street, Farmington, Davis County, Utah, on November 2, 1990, at 8:15 am. for the purpose of foreclosing that certain Trust Deed With Assignment of Rents, recorded January 6, 1987, in the official records of Davis County, State of Utah, as Entry No. 0767599, in Book 1135, Page 911, executed by Kevin P. Burlison and Melissa L. Burlison, (husband (hus-band and wife), as Trustors, in which Williamsburg Savings Bank was named as the Trustee and Williamsburg Mortgage Mor-tgage Corporation, a subsidiary of Williamsburg Savings which later assigned as-signed its interest to Williamsburg Savings Sav-ings Bank, was named as the original Beneficiary, but the beneficial interest therein having been acquired by the Resolution Trust Corporation, as Conservator Con-servator for Williamsburg Federal Savings Sav-ings And Loan Association, covering real property located at Davis County, Utah, and more particularly described on the attached Exhibit "A."
