Parents need to help their children to have a positive self-concept. The Parent Education Resource Center (PERC) is sponsoring a class entitled Self-Esteem for Children, which focuses on ways to help children develop good self-esteem. Ieah Owen, Davis County Mental Men-tal Health, will teach the class which will be held Nov. 14, at 7 p.m. at the Monte Vista School in Farmington. The cost is $3 per person per-son or couple.
