I I I This past summer the company completed a month-long tour to the British Isles. In May 1991 the group will tour the southern United States for four weeks. The band is directed by Wilson Brown of the Ricks music faculty and a former arranger and keyboard player for 1 'The Letterman. ' ' "The goal of each cast member is to communicate a feeling of excitement, ex-citement, friendship and love both on and off stage," Bice said. Each year more than 30,000 people attend at-tend performances that Showtime presents in various parts of the world. Showtime's first major show is its Christmas Show Dec. 5-8 on the Ricks College campus. Showtime Company is sponsored by Ricks College, the largest private two-year college in the nation: The college is owned and operated by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and has an enrollment of nearly 7,800 students.
