Show I NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States of America at the time of sale, said sale to be conducted at the North Entrance Steps of the county courthouse, located at State Street and Mair. Street, ir. Farmir.gton, Davis County, State of Utah, on August 28, , 1990, at 1 1 :30 a.m. of said day, by First Security Bank of Utah, National Association, as SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE for the purpose of foreclosing foreclos-ing a deed of trust executed by Wilbern L. McDougal and Charlotte K. McDougal, his wife, as TRUSTOR, to First Security State Bank, a Utah corporation, cor-poration, as TRUSTEE in favor of First Security State Bank, a Utah corporation, corpora-tion, as BENEFICIARY. Said deed of trust secures a note in the original amount of One Hundred Seventy Five Thousand and 00100's Dollars ($175,000.00). Said deed of trust was recorded May 1, 1981, as Entry Number 591443, in Book 865, at Page 1005 et seq., of the official records of the Davis County Recorder, State of Utah, and covering real property located at approximately ap-proximately 541 West 2600 South, Bountiful, Davis County, State of Utah, and is more particularly described as: All of Lots 27 and 28 and the East 10 feet of Lot 26, COLONIAL COLO-NIAL SQUARE, a subdivision of part of Section 36, Township 2 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Bountiful, as identified in the Plat recorded in Book 620, Page 684 of Official Records, and in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Re-strictions, recorded October 15, 1976, in Book 620, Page 723 of Official Records.
